Nicknamed the “Fishbowl” for its original rounded windshield, the GM New Look bus was produced from 1959 until 1985. Over 11,000 were built in Canada and would serve Toronto for over fifty years. This painting is a snapshot of the ubiquitous bus and also of a long ago Toronto skyline.
